Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  1. Cancellation by Customer:
  • 24 Hours Notice: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.
  1. No-Show Policy:
  • If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

  1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  2. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Exceptional Circumstances

  1. Vehicle Unavailability: If the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund.
  2. Service Issues: In the event of service-related issues, customers are encouraged to contact us to discuss potential refunds or compensation.
